Chess Guideline Step by Step

How to become a good chess player

No matter what level you are at in chess, you can always do better. And with the right habits and attitude, getting good at chess can be both fun and easy. To get good at chess, you need to learn the rules, play a lot, review your game, practice puzzles, study endgames, don’t waste time on openings, and reevaluate your moves.

  1. Make sure you know the rules!

It doesn’t matter if you’re not entirely sure of the rules, or if you think you already know the rules of the game. Unless you are already a serious chess player, it is a good idea to review the basic chess moves and special rules of chess.

  1. Play lots and lots of chess games.

You can’t get good at anything without lots of repetition, and chess is no exception. Take every opportunity to play chess – whether it’s at work, at your computer, or home. But playing the onboard game is the most beneficial.

  1. Analysis, review and Learn from your game.

Games without reviews are generally pointless. Every game has mistakes and opportunities. To do better, you need to learn from both. Automatic computer analysis will help you understand every game you play. But do your game analysis before computer analysis. Then compare it with computer analysis to see how good your analysis is.

  1. Practice chess puzzles.

Chess strategy is a small chess problem waiting to be solved. They simulate actual game conditions where you have a chance to win. It’s like playing chess, but all the dinghy moves to the good part where you’re already going to win!

  1. Study the basic endgame.

Surprisingly, most chess games don’t end soon, only after many moves and most moves. It often leaves only the king and a few soldiers. This is the “endgame”, where the goal is usually to promote a soldier to a minister. Learning to manage the endgame correctly will help you win many games.

  1. Don’t waste time memorizing the opening.

Many chess players make the tedious mistake of memorizing chess move sequences (openings). The problem is that most chess players don’t know many “openings”, or even if they do, the chances of them playing within your specified limits are very slim. Just learn good opening principles from the beginning and don’t stress about memorizing. But you have to learn how to play in any structure

  1. Always recheck your moves.

One of the most important parts of playing good chess is avoiding bad moves and finding the best moves. Most games are lost due to fatal mistakes. So before moving any of your pieces, always recheck to make sure your king is protected and you’re not losing anything and this is the best move over other moves.
